We collect only what we need to create your account, deliver courses and tools, process payments, keep the App secure, and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data.

    a) Personal Information you provide
    • Name, email, phone number, gender, location (city/region)
    • Optional: profile photo, business name/type, sector, interests
    • Messages you send us (support and feedback)

b) Payments & Transactions
• For in-app purchases of digital content consumed in the App, we use Google Play Billing.
• For purchases made on our website, we may use local gateways (e.g., AzamPay, mobile money).
• We do not store full payment instrument details on our servers.

c) Device & Usage Data
• Device model, operating system version, IP address, language
• App activity (screens visited, features used), session and crash diagnostics
• Approximate location (derived from IP) to localize content and measure reach

d) Cookies / Local Storage
• Used to remember your settings and keep you signed in.

    • Deliver courses, mentorship features, and business tools
    • Process purchases and subscriptions (including via Google Play Billing for in-app digital content)

    • Conduct analytics to understand engagement and measure impact (e.g., gender/youth metrics)
    • Send optional updates about new courses, tools, or features (you may opt out)

    We process your information to perform a contract with you, to comply with law, and based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App. Where required, we obtain your consent (e.g., for certain communications).

    • With service providers that host the App, process payments, send notifications, or provide analytics/crash reporting
    • With mentors/trainers you explicitly choose to contact or engage with

    We may use third-party SDKs such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand App performance and reliability.     You can request account and data deletion at any time by emailing support@kreativekarakana.co.tz with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email associated with your account. We will confirm and complete deletion within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

    The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

  10. International Transfers
    Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place consistent with applicable law.
